Rick is an absolute bruiser in the post. For a player his size, he has surprisingly solid footwork, and runs the floor well. He has good mechanics on his jumper and can knock down shots out to 15 feet.

He needs to improve his conditioning. He also needs to develop a right hand so he can finish in the post and become less predictable. He also needs to work on his athleticism and getting off the floor.
