  • Scout’s Notes:

Future150 National Camp (Oct 11-12, 2014) Josh Freeman- 2016, SG (AL) was the "Future150 Summit Camp MVP this past May and did not disappoint again this weekend.  At 6-foot-4 inches, this long rangy sharp shooter might have the quickest release we have seen in a long time.  He's a decent athlete and can finish on the break.  As he get stronger and learns how to play with out the ball, look for his game to go to the next level.

Future150 Birmingham Camp (September 27th-28th, 2014): The MVP of the Summit Camp Top 20 All-Star game made yet another Top 20 game this weekend. He has good length and is a great shooter. He also has improved his ability to put the ball on the floor in the past few months and is one to keep an eye on.

The Summit Camp- (May 31st- June 1st, 2014) Freeman came into the camp relatively unknown but that is about to change after his performance this weekend. He is a long, rangy player who is extremely funadamental and knows how to play the game the right way. The 6-foot-4 inch shooting guard was shooting lights out from beyond the arc all weekend long. His quick release might be his best attribute when looking to score. At one point in the Top 20 All- Star Game, he hit four straight 3's, finishing with seven by the end of the game. You have to love a big time shooter who can score off the bounce as well. We love his upside.
