You got it terribly wrong with the Maryland/DC players in your rankings. I’ll start with the ones on your list and move to those excluded. Before my comments, I’ll make it clear it’s not intended to be derogatory to the players selected. HOWEVER… just looking at the several regional outlets that regularly see the DMV kids play, it defies logic that your national rankings would place players higher than they are regionally.  DMV Elite & DMVPreps websites highlighted the top performers all year from various events and you don’t even have their top performers in your top 100 at ALL yet you have players who rank and perform much lower than those players in your national top 100.  On a national level, players from Maryland who excelled at the highly regarded National John Lucas Middle Scho Combine and the CP3 rising Stars camp were completely overlooked in your rankings:  Jason Murphy and Logan Curtis ranked #25 and #26 at the Lucas camp (out of 200) and both made the Top 20 Game at the CP3 rising stars (out of more than 200). Both are regionally ranked higher than some of the kids on your list who DID not perform anywhere near as high as they did at the national camps.  BOTH Started on their AAU teams 14u and 15u. Murphy for team Melo and Curtis for Bmores Finest.  Both have made MVP or other accolades in national tournaments playing UP.  Murphy was 14 years old all season.  Players who also made top 20 at the Under Armour Best of the Best camp, invited to UA elite 24 underclassmen game also left off your list.

Another BIG miss on your list are Marvin Price who is regarded as top 20 in the Country almost everywhere else but absent from your list.  The same goes for James Bishop.  These oversights are huge!  Furthermore you have Terrance Williams on your list when he long ago reclassed and spent all AAU season as a member of the class of 2020.

ETA:  The stats of the players listed are also incorrect in many cases i.e. Williams being a 5’11” power forward.  Also Abdoul Karin is actually named Karim Coulibaly.

A Recent regional All-Star Game of top rising freshmen in the area was voted on by area HS And AAU coaches.  You have players on this ranking who either did not make the top 24 game at all, or were reserves, and several of those names as starters are not ranked at all.

Sorry last Edit:

Appears you have Terrance Williams occupying a spot on your 2019 and 2020 rankings. Unless of course there’s another Terrance Williams in the DC area in class of 2019 that no one has ever seen play.

The problem we have right now is players like Xavien Beasley, TraMicheal Moton, Fred Lemons, and Rodney Lewis, all class of 2019, are so athletic that Monday right after PTS Nationals they had to report to Football fall camps for their high schools. It is hard to get to basketball camps when their high schools have mandatory practices on Saturdays. Xavien and TraMicheal are starting as Freshmen at Wide Receiver.

Jr.Future150 would like to start a discussion about the 2019 National Rankings.  Let us know your thoughts on the list from 1-100 and if there is someone we missed.  Elite 24 Camp is just around the corner and rankings will be on the line at the camp. So if you didn’t make the list then come prove you belong.

Would have been nice to get a response.
Or at least a correction to the mistakes.  (Wrong names, heights, class).

I’m wondering, is Charles Bassey from San Antonio listed? He should be #1, but I don’t see him listed anywhere. What’s up? Thanks
