Rector is a solid lead guard who really had a breakout high school season playing alongside Daniel Dingle. The combo guard showed that he was more than just a shooter and that he can run a team. He has really developed his passing and court vision and is in the process of becoming a true floor general.
Defensively he doesn't always give 100%. When he goes to the rim he gets tunnel vision at times and will miss an open teammate. Due to his lack of size he will need to get stronger at the next level
