  • Scout’s Notes:

Future150 Camp Memphis- (Sept 24-25, 2016) Fulton is a super electric lead guard who showed a great first step off the dribble.  He has excellent ball handling skills and can get anywhere on the floor he chooses.  This familiar face has improved his mid and long range shot which has opened up his ability to attack the rim.  On ball efense and court vision are two things he does really well in the half court. He had a solid overall weekend which landed him in the All-Star Game.

Future150 All-American Camp (October 10th-11th, 2015): Fulton is a scrappy point guard who is very quick and good defensively. He will need to get bigger and stronger, but has a very bright future.
