Underclassmen Camp Birmingham-(Feb 27-28, 2016) Thompson is a pass first point guard who knows how to get everyone involved. He has a good change of pace to his game and loves to break you down off the dribble. He's not going to do anything flashy but is extremely effective when running the show. He just seems to make all the right passes. If you leave him open he will make you pay with the mid-range jumper. As his jumper improves along with his overall skill development, look for him to take the next step in his game.
