Ballard vs. Norcross (GA) @ Next Level Hoops Fest (Dec 29, 2014): Perry was hit with early foul trouble. Norcross is a regional power stocked with dashing guards and long forwards. They scramble around the floor defensively, which makes feisty teams play even faster than comfortable. Still Ballard dispatched the Georgian squad, 83-69. Perry managed to play just 11 minutes. Fellow senior Ballard guard Paul Schiavone led the team with 25 points. Though the team advanced, Perry did not turn any heads on this night. -AForce
Ballard vs. Christ Presbyterian Academy (TN) @ Next Level Hoops Fest-Championship Game (Dec 31, 2014): It was at least the second best individual performance I have seen all season. Perry hit 8-12 from deep including a quartet in the second quarter. No CPA Lion could defend him, despite quality commitment to the cause. Perry wisely, patiently created seperation from defender after defender. The subtle movement with and without the ball allowed for that magnificient shooting arc to fly. Time and time again the invested fanbase of CPA endured the splash. A handful of assistant college coaches watched Perry, who had two great games in three days. Maybe his lone offer of UMES will soon have company. -AForce
