• Strengths:
  

  Crosland is a solid player who does a little bit of everything the right way.  He is a solid defender and a good rebounder on the defensive end.  He is more of a slasher who likes to get all the way to the rim and finish.  Definitely plays hard and has the right mental approach to the game always making the right play.  Tons of updside.

• Weaknesses:
  

  Needs to work on his left hand dribble.  Dribble mechanics are loose needs to be more assertive with the ball.  Shot mechanics could use some work and should get better as he matures and gets stronger.  Tends to be a little passive at times when on the offensive end.
