St. Louis, MO (Future150) -- Recently, St. Louis held their annual elite camp for potential players and recruits. One player that really stood out is Wyatt Voorhees due to his play. He was able to score at multiple levels throughout the day and put up 15 points in a 5 minute span according to Ben Weixlmann of  A10report.com

While  Voorhees has yet to make a name for himself on the national spotlight, this past weekend was a good start to doing so. There is already slight expectations of how good he could be in the midwest  and he is looking to use this summer to prove that he deserves the buzz.

He claims interest from "Notre Dame, Colorado, Missouri State, Lehigh, Marquette, and San Francisco." and while no one has offered the lead guard yet, he hopes to pull in his first offer soon enough. He is a guard who can lead a team and score, but isn't afraid to pass the ball around. He potentially has the makings to be an impact player at the mid to low major level when he gets to college and could carve out a solid career at one of the high majors as well. Despite standing at just 5-foot-10 Voorhees has shown that he has what it takes to play at the divison one level and more. When asked if there was a school he'd like to hear from he replied. "Kansas and Mizzou would be cool, because I'm from the area."

Voorhees will be playing up with the KC 76'ers 17's for the rest of the summer, so don't be suprised when his recruitment begins to blow up a bit more. But for now, he is just focused on getting better and being the best player he can be.
