Columbus, OH (Future150) -- Quietly, 2016 Northland (OH) small forward Seth Towns put together a fantastic summer while playing with the VCC Ohio Warriors. While playing in the shadow of teammate and close friend Matt Moyer, who committed to Syracuse last week, the 6-foot-8 wing put together a fantastic resume for himself over the AAU season.

It's only fitting that he's been flying a bit under-the-radar. His personality is quiet and laid back, and he incorporates that into his playing style. He never plays out of control and is very calculated with his moves on the floor.

Highly skilled, he can play both the small forward and power forward spots, but looks like he will transition to a full time wing at the next level.

Air Force, Iowa, Michigan, Rice & Toledo each offered him a scholarship after watching him and Moyer lead their team to great success on the AAU circuit, including a 16U championship at Elevate Hoops "The Showdown" during the first July evaluation period.

He got off to a fast start this summer in early June after attending Future150's "The Summit" Camp for elite 2016 and 2017 prospects, where he ranked #3 overall in the camp behind explosive Kentucky wing Eli Wright and his teammate, Matt Moyer.

Expect a big high school season for the smooth forward, who is currently ranked as the #78 overall prospect in an absolutely loaded 2016 class.
