Champaign, IL (Future150) -- The St. Louis Eagles have been used to seeing plenty of college coaches on the sidelines during their games the last few years having guys like Jayson Tatum, Xavier Sneed, Tyler Cook, and Will Gladson on the floor.
This AAU season you can expect plenty of coaches to continue to be observing the Eagles, partly because of top-50 2018 prospect Tim Finke. Finke has grown a couple more inches and now stands at 6'6. As a true two-guard, coaches love seeing that size, but not as much as they love the sweet shooting stroke he possesses.
Finke lists six offers right now with Ohio State being the most recent one. That offer list is sure to grow with all the schools that have been watching and showing interest in him recently.
"Virginia has been around and been in contact, along with Northwestern, Notre Dame, and Purdue," Finke said.
Finke will be an easy fit in most systems with his ability to shoot the ball from all over the court, along with his great length that allows him to disrupt other SG's that aren't as tall or long as he is.
The Eagles have been utilizing him like many colleges may plan on using him as well.
"Whenever I get the ball they always want me to look for a shot, and if it's there, pull it," Finke said. "If it's not, I have to come off the dribble and look for my teammate or try to take it to the rim."
Look for Finke to put up some big numbers in the scoring column this summer, and to continue to extend his offer list. Stay locked in with Future150 as we track his progress and recruitment.
