Plano, TX (Future150) -- The Summer Hoops Tour continues for the PrimeTime Sports Tournament in Plano, Texas. Some old faces appear dotted  the top players list and there were some new faces that made a big impact for their teams also.

Here are the top players for Saturday:

Morgan Cannon 2018, C - Team Overtime: Cannon controlled the paint on Saturday on both sides of the court. Times shots well and that led to tough contested layups or blocks. Offensively, his post moves are very mechanical and robotic, but he does get good shots off due to his length and athleticism. Cannon averaged  23 points on Saturday.

Jaylen Walker 2018, PG - Team Overtime: Walker is making a claim to being one of the better guards in the 2018 class in Texas. Very impressive on Saturday as he looked like he was three steps ahead of his opponents. Walker is becoming a solid passer in the half-court setting and a very efficient passer in transition.

Marlon Esteves 2018, SG - Team Overtime: Esteves is the type of player that will score 15 points and you wouldn't even realize it. Good on ball defender and slasher. Gathered several steals that led to many easy transition buckets.  Future150 featured Team Overtime Elite in early April.

Kevin Nelson 2018, C - F.I.R.M: Nelson is tough to handle inside. Resembling the game of Glen Davis he features a solid mid-range jumper.  Also, Nelson is a good finisher inside. At this point Nelson is not very athletic, but his size helps him to gather rebounds and create space.

Jacob Germany 2019, C - Kingston Redskins: The 6'5 post had 15 rebounds in a game versus the Hoyas. He Has a soft left-handed hook shot and runs the floor well.  Germany must get stronger, but there is a lot of potential.

Conner Brister 2019, SF - Kingston Redskins: The Redskins point guard suffered an injury, so Brister had to take the reigns.  Brister is a fantastic set shooter that was on fire against the D1 Shooters. Handles are shaky, but he uses his body well so he doesn't get the ball stripped from him. Everything about Brister's shot is great though and he basically just needs to improve his ball handling.

Beckett Staubs-Friedmann 2019, PG - Eclipse: Friedmann sees the court very well. As one of the better passers in the 8th grade division, Staubs-Friedmann set up teammates well. The point guard gets into the lane with a great hesitation crossover and finishes with soft touch on his floaters.

Mason Mathers 2019, CF - Texas Heat: Mathers excels from the high post. Not very quick Mathers has a good first step that's gets him by bigger defenders. Shoots mainly from 15-19 feet out effectively and finishes around the rim with a runner.

Trent Ashley 2016, PG - Stallions: Ashley was a problem to contain in transition on Saturday. He lived at the free throw line and got there against AGA 10 times. Late-game situations saw Ashley thrive, at both ends of the floor.  He is a tough competitor.

Korie Black 2020, PG - Team Dynasty: Black was a "ankle breaker" on Saturday. Makes his moves quick and sells them well with his eyes and body. Black is very efficient and explodes to the basket once he makes his move.  No wasted movement.  He is hard to stop from getting the basket.

Carson Loya 2019, CG - D1 Shooters: Loya couldn't miss as he helped his team to a 3-0 record on Saturday. Handles looked improved for Loya.  He was shooting better this time out too. Loya still needs to handle heavy on ball pressure better, but there has been a lot of improvement from him in regards to becoming a true point guard.

Kyron Cumby 2019, PG - D1 Shooters: Cumby is a force on defense, one of the better defensive guards in Texas for the 2019 class. Cumby is a great passer in transition and has sneaky athleticism.  Despite his 5'7" height Cumby is able to finish close to the rim.
