Auburn, AL (Future150) -- Coach Bruce Pearl has made a pretty strong impression on the Tigers program since taking the job at Auburn, including being a great recruiter. He has landed a top 25 recruiting class in 2016 that checks in at #17 in the nation.

Mustapha Heron, #22 in top-150, Sacred Heart, CT: Easily the gem of this class, Heron, once upon a time, was committed to Pittsburgh. Once he decommitted from the Panthers, Pearl did a fantastic job in locking him up. Heron is a bully of a wing standing at 6'5 and 200 lbs that can get in the lane on command. He can knock down shots from anywhere on the court, and is a willing passer as well. He should be one of the best freshman in the country next season.

Jared Harper, 4-star prospect, Pebblebrook, GA: Pure scoring is the main skill that Harper will use to help him suceed at the next level. Standing at just under six foot, Harper uses his ball-handling and playmaking abilities to thrive while he's on the court and be known as the player he is today. The main concerns will be if he can defend, and if he can continue to get stronger so he can score through contact.

Anfernee McLemore, 3-star prospect, Worth County, GA: McLemore is a athletic PF that can rebound and block shots at an extremely high rate. His scoring was solid in high school but it could take a little while to catch up with at the D1 level. Either way he should be a solid energy guy during his freshman year, and could develop into a combo forward if he can continue to work on his mid-range and deep jumper. He should work on getting even stronger this summer as we all know the SEC is a man's game when it comes to playing down low and in the paint.
