St. Augustine High School product Trey Kell, Future150’s #100 ranked prospect in our updated 2014 rankings, is beginning to see his recruitment pick up steam nationally. With over 15 scholarship offers already in the fold, it was only a matter of time before more high major schools began to offer the talented shooting guard. Well, yesterday one of those high major schools came calling.
The Oregon Ducks pulled the trigger and offered the San Diego prospect, becoming the third Pac-12 school to offer the 6-foot-4 shooting sniper. With the increased attention from schools after a solid performance at the NBA Top 100 Camp, Trey admits that he’s got his eye on two particular schools that he is hoping to hear from.
“I want to hear from Georgetown and Miami (Fl),” he told Future150. With a big July performance playing with his San Diego All-Stars team, don’t be surprised if he gets his wish.
