On Wednesday, Future150’s #29 prospect in the country, Jojo Anderson, was in Nebraska taking an unofficial visit to Creighton’s campus. The 6-foot-3 rising junior point guard was impressed by the school, and had several good things to say about his visit.
“Creighton is a basketball school, and the coaching staff did a great job this year,” he told Future150. Jojo is also well aware of the Bluejays style of play, and can definitely envision himself playing in their system. “Being around a bunch of shooters is a point guards dream,” he stated.
The school’s move to the Big East this coming year is also a selling point to young prospects, and it caught Jojo’s eye. “The Big East is a tough league, so I’ll be playing good competition every game. But for me, it’s about getting the players so we can be the best” he said.
Next year, Jojo will be headed to La Lumiere School in Indiana, where he is looking to improve his game and ready himself for college academically.
The Future150 Camp alum was joined on his visit by fellow camp alumni and Houston Hoops teammates Leon Gilmore and Hunter Janacek.
