I am working on some recruiting updates in Ohio today.  This thread should have some tidbits. 

This is all information from Ibi Watson’s mother.  Ibi is 2016 WG competing with All-Ohio Red this campaign.

Michigan Elite Camp
Xavier, Toledo , Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Michigan

“We did a visit to Indiana yesterday.
We spoke to Coach.  They want to watch him and see how he does in July.”

What stood out?

Coach Crean and his intensity.  The academic advisor was by my side all day.  She was great.

Ohio University, Akron, Dayton, Toledo, Duquesne.  He is still talking to a lot of other schools.  Michigan, WVU.  Miami (FL).  I am thinking they are, eh, I don’t know.

He had in his mind that he was going to wait until end of AAU season.  But it seems like, you dont know whether to accept an offer (now) or wait until the end of July?  Early August, I would say.  As long as we can get the visits in, we haven’t had time.  Like Toledo.  They did more than a team camp.  He also went on a tour.  He is going to do that at Dayton. We got to do Duquesne next month. And all of them.  BG and Miami have fallen off.

Of course Trey Landers (OH) is verbally committed to Dayton and kaleb Wesson heads to Ohio State in 2017 Fall.  Don’t forget Nick Ward’s verbal commitment to Michigan State. Beyond that All-Ohio Red has a few more college prospects:

2016 SF Andre Wesson has Xavier offer, UT-Martin offer.  MAC offers. 

2016 PF Darius Harper has Iowa and Bowling Green interest.  Very raw.

2016 SG Jalen Tate has Northern Kentucky offer.

a Player we are following up on Yohncey McQueen transferring from Cibolo Steele he is Class of 2018 alot of Colleges interested and Elite Camp Invites

Player to keep an eye on. 2019 Bo Myers of Logan High School (Logan, OH), went to a Future 150 camp in 2015. He’s grown from 6’ to 6’3 or so and is up to 160lbs playing the 2 guard. Averaging 19ppg through first three games, playing a tough schedule. Also had a very successful AAU season for the Ohio Bulldogs.

Future 150 Alum, Bo Myers, recently named 1st Tm All-League, AP 1st Tm DI All-District, 1st Tm DI/DII All-District 13, AP Special Mention DI All-Ohio. Bo is a 2019 HS grad.
