Why would this be a joke…Chris Walker is our #1 Player in the Country. Who would you suggest?

Have you seen the latest Rankings…Rivals moved him to #6 CBS moved him to #5….moved him up half from a week ago….so I guess we are not that far off…

Jabari Parker is a great player but Chris Walker can do alot of things Parker can’t. Walker can takeover the game.

Jabari Parker, Julius Randle, Andrew Harrison, Aaron Gordon. Rivals(even scout if im not mistaken) has always had Walker in the top 10, so he didn’t move up much. Walker is definitely not and never will be the #1 player in 2013. Sorry but you guys are the only people on this planet who think that. Probably just trying to make a name for yourselves by going outside the box. Randle and Parker are so far ahead of Walker as a player it’s ridiculous. Those 2 players would be lottery picks TODAY if they were eligible for the NBA draft.

Walker is athletic, that’s it. That is his only advantage over Parker. Walker may be 6th on Rivals but their is a LARGE gap between the top 3-4 players in 2013 and the next crop of players.

Walker is skilled I am not sure how much you have seen walker but he avg 32 points a game in high school and he was shooting 3’s, Mid range and in the post.  He is a great finisher on the break as well.  He blocks shots and is a presence in the paint.  Parker is a great player as well and has a great chance to move up to #1 if he is more consistent…he takes plays off and knows he is good so his effort is not always there…thats why we have him behind Walker at this point.  A lot can change over next couple of months.  We will get another chance to see Parker play this weekend at Boo Williams…

James Young on the other hand is a monster and will move up tremendously at our next rankings reveal.  Randle based on his performance last weekend in Minnesota has a chance to jump them both if he keeps playing the dominant basketball he did last weekend.
