Jr. Future150 Houston Camp (August 9th-10th, 2014): The 6-foot-4 combination forward is a solid long-term wing prospect that can finish when slashing to the rim but shows that he has range along the perimeter as well. He needs to work on his passing ability but overall there is a good amount of upside to his game. That being said, right now his best attributes are his rebounding ability and high motor.
Future150 Houston Camp (September 26-27, 2015): Slater has solid size for a small forward and can score from the perimeter well. He finished well taking contact and can actually play shooting guard at times because of his above average ball handling abilities. Slater is a solid college prospect and the staff saw potential in his game to become a D2 level player. -Ani Umana
