Future150 Elite24 Camp (Aug-8-9, 2015): Carter has a nice mix of craftiness and skill. He found ways off the dribble to get to his hot spots (mostly mid-range) to score. He gets really get lift on his mid-range shot that made it hard to stop. He showed the ability to be either a lead guard or a scoring guard.
