• Strengths:
  

  Latron is one of those players that every team needs. He can do it all on both ends of the floor. If you need a rebound he will get it, if you need him to score he can do that as well. He can play both inside and out and loves to compete.  Definitely a coaches dream when he's on your team.

• Weaknesses:
  

  Needs to continue to work on his jump shooting .He must also continue to work on getting his teammates involved in the offense and making the extra pass.  Needs to get quicker and work on his lateral movement.  Must develop more of a wing presence due to his size will not translate on the post.  Must improve ball handling and shot selection.
