  Jessie is a very good point guard prospect. Though he is undersized, he plays the game under control. He doesn't turn the ball over, and utilizes retreat dribbles to get away from pressure. He also makes smart passes.

• Weaknesses:
  

  Needs to gain strength on his frame. He also needs to become more consistent with his jumpshot. Needs to get off the floor when shooting the ball to prevent the defense from blocking him.
