LEWISVILLE, TX (Future150) -- Day two of the Hype Basketball Winter Jam brought in quality teams like the West Coast Stars, Ballers Elite, and GCBC. A lot of good games today and let us look at the notable players on Saturday.

Class of 2019

Tyrese Maxey (Team Texas): Guard that scored at will against West Coast Stars. Hit contested jumpers, but scored a lot attacking the basket.

Ernest E.J. Jackson (West Coast Stars): Exceled in the pick'n'roll, finding the roll man with ease. Jackson creates for his teammates.

Jovon McClanahan (West Coast Stars): Has terrific size and strength for a guard. Gets into the paint at ease and has a good pull-up jumper.

Jaden McClanahan (West Coast Stars): Handled pressure very well against Team Texas's press and against UTB. Scores well in transition.

William Harris (Higher Goals Elite): Post that had almost a 20 point 20 rebound game. Finishes well with contact, rebounds at a high level and blocks a lot of shots inside.

Kenyon Martin Jr.(Higher Goals Elite): Son of NBA player Kenyon Martin. Power forward that finishes solid with both hands. Has a lot of potential.

Quinton Ford (UTB): Athletic, wiry forward that has a high motor. He can handle it, rebound well, and play solid on-ball defense.

Class of 2020

Jason Harris (West Coast Stars): As a 6'5" forward, Harris is excellent at playing help-side defense. He had eight blocks vs. Team Balance.

Blake Burris (Pro Skills Select): Big bodied post that scores effectively with his back to the basket. Knows how to draw fouls and get to the free through line and a solid defensive rebounder.

Chandler Rogers ( Pro Skills Select): A athletic forward that rebounds very well. Plays good on-ball defense and on offense, he is effective in transition mainly.

Brayden Gerlich (3-D Hoops): Son of UT Arlington women's coach Kristie Gerlich, Brayden is a jack of all trades. Doesn't do anything great yet, but makes a impact in many facets of the game.

Evan Butts (Pro Skill Select): Guard with serious range. Scores in the paint with floaters and scores off floaters at a high rate. Shoots the ball from about the college three at times.

Misiel Teklai (D1 Basketball): One of my favorite guards from this tournament. Originally from Ethiopia, Teklai is a guard that shoots and handles the ball at a high level. A player that more need to checkout.
