Dallas, TX (Future150) -- DMG Elite (TN) made the trip to Dallas all the way from Memphis, and they didn't leave empty-handed, beating the Elite Academy Ducks (TX) 39-16 in the 13U championship game at the 2017 Future150 Main Event Dallas Tournament. Jonterious Chalmers led a balanced effort, scoring nine points, while 6'5' post Marquinn Maddex protected the rim. In a losing effort, Bryan Baker was solid for the Ducks.

Future150 Main Event Dallas Honor Roll List:
Jonterious Chalmers, 2022 SG, DMG Elite (TN): The 6'2" wing prospect proved to be the best long-term prospect in the field in the 13U division. He got to the rim whenever he wanted, and using his strength and body control, was able to finish plays with ease around the rim. He also showed that he can knock down jump shots as well.
Bryan Baker, 2022 PG, Elite Academy Ducks (TX): It was our first time seeing the 5’8” floor general, and we came away very impressed. A shifty, physical guard with a nice frame, he had no problem operating in traffic, and really enjoyed making the extra pass to get his teammates involved in the game. His strong play earned him an invite to Future150 Elite24 All-American Camp this August.
Arop Arop, 2022 SF, Texas Select Orange (TX): The kind of prospect whose best days are far ahead of him, he impressed with his production in Dallas. He proved that he can score with relative ease around the rim using both hands, and the 5’11” wing is primed to hit a massive growth spurt very soon, so expect to hear a lot more about him in the future.
Dillon Williams, 2022 PG, DMG Elite: The tough floor general was masterful in directing the offense for his team all weekend long. While he didn't always score a lot of points, he always set his teammates up for easy scoring opportunities, racking up a ton of assists throughout the tournament.
Adam Soumahoro, 2022 Post, Elite Academy Ducks (TX): Already standing 6’1” with a very muscular frame, the big man was hard to stop around the rim in Dallas. He plays with a high motor, making him very active on the glass on both ends. While he isn’t the most consistent finisher around the rim, he sure had his moments when he was in a groove.
Jaylen Bell, 2022 SG/SF, NTX Wolves (TX): The 5’9” wing prospect is a strong wing who does his best work on offense when he’s heading toward the rim. He’s an effective rebounder who also stands out on the defensive end. As his shooting stroke matures, his game will really round into form.
Michael Hall, 2022 Post, Arkansas Spartans (AR): The lanky 6-footer is an extremely active prospect on both ends of the floor. On offense, he can score around the rim using his length, which also helps him gobble up rebounds on both ends. Defensively, he not only blocks a lot of shots, but he alters several more, making him a valuable prospect for his team.
Kerya Powell, 2022 PG, BTA Bulls (TX): A 5’6” lead guard, what impressed us most about his game in Dallas was his dedication to being a pure point guard prospect. He loves to get his teammates involved in the offense, and always makes the extra pass. When necessary, he also showed that he can score around the rim.
