Hinesville, GA (Future150) -- Most players crack under pressure, but the elite have the ability to succeed in those pressure situations.
Davion Mitchell out of Hinesville, Georgia is a 5-foot-10 guard who can hold is own, on the basketball court with older players.
This big bodied guard is a pass first point guard who facilitates the floor very well, setting up his teammates for their shots.
His abilities and talents on the court just make the players around him that much better.
“I feel that I can score the ball, but I always think of getting the ball to one of my open teammates first,” Mitchell told Jr. Future150.
It is still very early, but Mitchell has a big dream college in mind and hopes that he can fulfill that dream one day.
“I would love to play for the University of Kentucky one day, which would be a dream come true for me,” Mithell provided.
Being such a good overall player allowed him to lead his AAU Team the South Georgia Kings to the 7th grade Youth Basketball of America National Championship.
He has a long road ahead of him, but he just wants to continue striving hard to be the best he can he be.
“I want to put in the hard work every day, so that I can get to the next level,” Mitchell said.
