Huntsville, AL (Future150) -- With a stacked class of freshmen in the state of Alabama, it has been difficult for prospects to stand out. However, one player that has been able to do so is Hazel Green (Ala.) shooting guard Bradley Belt.

Belt, a strong, physical guard, comes in at No. 53 in the 2017 Future150 rankings because of his ability to score the basketball.

“My strengths are shooting, dribbling, and getting to the rim, especially in transition,” Belt told Future150.com.

Several colleges are already beginning to keep tabs on him, too.

“Tennessee, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Alabama, Auburn, UAB, Mercer, Kansas State, and Georgia Tech are interested in me.”

He has also taken some visits as of late, including a short trip to UAB during their upset of North Carolina; he also visited Georgia Tech last weekend.

Nevertheless, colleges are taking a backseat due to his young age. Now, he is focused on his season at Hazel Green alongside UAB signee Lewis Sullivan and 2015 shooting guard Ethan Stair.

“My goals are to lead my team to a state championship and be a positive teammate,” he noted.
