Future150 GM / Senior National Analyst. Covering high and middle school basketball.

Houston, TX (Future150) -- The national class of 2018 is shaping up to be a very talented class near the top, especially in terms of post prospects.

However, one guard who has burst onto the scene over the past six months has been Houston, Texas native Bryson Etienne.

The 5-foot-11 combo guard destroyed the competition at our Houston Jr. Future150 Camp this past August, scoring the basketball from anywhere on the floor, having the look of one of the better perimeter scorers in the south.

Checking in at #10 nationally right now, we are eager to see the progress he has made in his game over the AAU season.

Currently, he is averaging 20 points, six rebounds, three assists, three steals and three blocks per game.

In terms of his overall game, here is what Bryson had to say to Future150.

"The strongest part of my game is my defense, and I'm working on attacking the basket more."

In regard to the fast-approching AAU season, Etienne is readying himself for some improvement.

"I'm looking to strengthen my physical ability as well as my basketball IQ."

Look for Bryson to run with the Gulf Coast Blue Chips in 2014, one of the premier programs in the state of Texas.

Good deal “B”!! Watching you grow and develop as your Coach is a pleasure. Watching you grow and develop as your Dad is “priceless”! Remember what kind of effort it took to grow to this moment, but remind yourself that it will take that same effort X 2 to get further along. Proud of you dude!!
