I also understand that not providing accurate team, coach and athlete information, including the use of Future150's preferred submission method, will make the above team subject to disqualification to the event - without any refund.

I agree that all players that will be participating on your team in the tournament or player in the camp will have the proper liability or medical insurance. Future150 LLC will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during the tournament or camp. There will be "NO REFUNDS". Funds can be applied toward a tournament or camp in the 2022 calendar year only. There will be no carry overs to the next year. This also gives Future150 LLC and staff permission to email, text or mail your coaches or players information regarding other Future150 events or recruiting information as it pertains to basketball.
