Cotton is a true point guard out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a kid that makes play after play on the court. Cotton has tremendous ball handling skills, and his vision is second to none. Cotton is one of the best at this age using ball screens and running an offense off high ball screens. He has a knack of making the right decision when the ball is in his hands. Cotton also showed range and the ability to beat defenders off the dribble.
