• Strengths:
  

  Rashard Figures has very good size for the point guard position. He loves to attack the rim on the offensive end, but he is never forcing the issue. He is also an extremely unselfish player who does his best to get his teammates involved. He is also a standout player on the defensive side of the ball.

• Weaknesses:
  

  He isn't the most efficient shooter from mid-range or long-range. He needs to also work on making jump shots off the dribble. He isn't a very aggressive player at this stage in his career, which needs to change.
