  • Scout’s Notes:

2019 AAU Nationals Memphis-(July 2, 2014) Francis is a big bodied guard who can do all and efficient while doing it.  He can score on all 3 levels and has elite leadership skills which make him almost unbeatable.  He has great feel for the game and has great court vision while making all of his teammates better. He proved this week that he is the best all around guard in the class.  Might be the most coachable as well.  Love his game. -JPratt
