• Strengths:
  

  Dezmon is a physical player who loves to attack the basket. He is very good at drawing contact at the rim and getting to the free throw line. He also is a high-motor player who stays active around the rim, looking for second chance baskets. Very good on-ball defender.

• Weaknesses:
  

  He doesn't have much skill when it comes to handling the basketball right now. He needs to work on his lateral quickness when guarding the ball in man to man.  Needs to learn how to use his left hand when finishing around the basket.  He also needs to work on his shot selection in games. He also must work on the consistency of his jump shot from mid-range.
