Coach Buzz Williams has begun to overhaul the Virginia Tech basketball program. When he arrived five players transferred, one quit, and two graduated. Because of attrition and turnover Virginia Tech has an abnormally high, six scholarship spots available for the Class of 2017.
One player in particular has the ability to transform whichever college program he selects.
