Athens, GA (Future150) -- Kevin Ollie and UConn are off to a quick start with the 2015 recruiting class.
Late Monday night, 2015 Athens Christian School (GA) shooting guard Will Jackson gave his pledge to the Huskies.
"I love their style of play," he told Future150.com. "The school has great tradition, great fan support, and the coaches are great people that I feel will make me a better person and basketball player."
Ollie has had a close relationship with the Jackson family since his days as an assistant. It paid off in the end.
"Coach [Kevin] Ollie has built a very close relationship with me and my mom. He has been contacting us since my ninth grade year when he was an assistant."
Jackson was also considering Georgia, Florida, Memphis, Kansas, Georgia Tech, and Alabama.
He joins Prince Ali in UConn's 2015 class.
Jackson is a four-star according to Future150 and is ranked No. 84 in the 2015 rankings.
