Huntington, WV (Future150) -- The time has finally come. Andrew Wiggins, the #1 player in the country regardless of class, will be announcing his college intentions tomorrow around 12:15 p.m.

The most hyped high school basketball recruit since LeBron James has had one of the most guarded recruitments of all-time, and it's anybody's guess as to where he will sign tomorrow.

The finalists? Florida State, Kansas, Kentucky, and North Carolina.

Right now, the chatter nationally has him selecting the least prominent of the programs, Florida State, as his future home.

Both of his parents attended college at FSU. Moreover, his high school and AAU teammate, Xavier Rathan-Mayes, will be headed to Florida State next year. Most appealing, however, is the fact that he will be the focal point of the program from the minute he commits to the Seminoles.

The Jayhawks are also a viable destination for Wiggins. They are a national title contender every single year, and next year would be no different with him in the fold. They have been the program talked least about in this race, and they could be the surprise pick.

Kentucky has been the program with the most buzz since day one. Coach John Calipari is the last head coach who has had a visit with Andrew. What is also appealing is the fact that the Wildcats have an absolutely loaded 2013 class headed to Lexington, including Aaron and Andrew Harrison, Julius Randle, Marcus Lee, Dakari Johnson, and Derek Willis.

Kentucky is already thinking about a 2014 national title, and the addition of Wiggins would certainly put the buzz at a deafening level for Big Blue Nation.

The North Carolina Tar Heels have gained steam as a possible destination over the past month. They are a program every kid grows up dreaming of playing for, and he would fit perfectly into their system. They also have James Michael McAdoo, P.J. Hairston, and Marcus Paige returning, and a very strong recruiting class already in the fold.

In less than 24 hours, one program and their fan base will be celebrating the commitment of a prospect who could lead them to a national championship, while three others will be left wondering "What if?".

Future150's pick for landing Andrew Wiggins? The Florida State Seminoles.

Get ready Tallahassee, because it looks very much like a transcending star is on his way to the Sunshine State.
