Houston, TX (Future150) -- Before the school year started, Future150 was the first recruiting service to make a move that many will follow soon; rank Cypress Lakes (TX) point guard De'Aaron Fox in the top 10 nationally.

We were so bold as to slide him in at #5, which was merited after what we saw him accomplish on the AAU and camp circuit this summer and fall.

What ultimately sealed the deal for us was his standout performance at Houston Future150 Camp, where he dominated against several other division one prospects.

He has continued his domination during the high school season, prompting others to recognize just how special Fox is.

The 6-foot-4 scorer is a long and explosive guard who is a high volume scorer. He also has excellent vision on the floor and loves getting his teammates open looks.

Currently, he holds offers from Baylor, Houston, Kansas State, SMU and Texas, a list that will be growing weekly over the coming months.

Not only is he a rare talent on the floor, but his shimmering personality sets him apart from other elite prospects. He loves to compete, no matter the setting. Give him a ball, and he's happy. Not as happy as we are to watch him continue his hoops journey, which will surely be a fun ride.
