Hampton, VA (Future150) -- A top-ten 2013 recruit is on the verge of making his college decision, and the rich could only get richer.
Troy Williams, ranked tenth overall by Future150.com, went to Twitter Thursday evening to announce he will commit to a school within two weeks.
When asked if he had a set time to make his decision, Williams responded by tweeting, "Nope, between this weekend and next weekend."
Williams is down to Kentucky and North Carolina, and he has strong ties to both programs.
The 6-foot-6 forward grew up a huge North Carolina fan; Williams' uncle is close friends with Kentucky's John Calipari.
If Williams chooses North Carolina, it will give the Tar Heels three top-20 recruits; if he chooses the Wildcats, Williams will accompany the 22nd overall recruit, Derek Willis.
