Philadelphia, PA (Future150) -- On the final day of the Reebok Showdown, many top players stepped their games up in hopes of bringing home a title. While ultimately it was Philly Pride (15U), Sports U (16U), and The Jersey Shore Warriors (17U) that were victorious, other players helped themselves earn valuable scholarships:

Sean Lloyd, 2015 CG, Team Philly: Lloyd played really well on Sunday, attacking the rim and hitting shots from deep. Lloyd also rebounded the ball at a high level as well as caused problems for Sports U on the defensive end. While his team ultimately fell in what can only be described as a war between Team Philly and Sports U, Lloyd was the most impressive player on the floor.

Markis McDuffie, 2015 SF, Sports U: Another talented young wing, McDuffie looks like a future high-major player. He shot the ball well on Sunday and ultimately was the difference between Sports U winning and losing to Team Philly. McDuffie can also attack off of the dribble and had a few above the rim finishes.

Karl Charles, 2015 SG, Sports U:  The sheet-shooting wing was unstoppable in the first half of the 16U title game, tallying 20 points. His ability to stretch defenses proved to be too much, as he started taking his man off of the dribble as well. Charles also showed an ability to make plays for his teammates too, making him even more dangerous.

Devin Robinson, 2014 SF, Richmond Squires: Robinson showed why he is being so highly recruited during his games on Sunday. He has tremendous size for his position and shot the ball incredibly well. He is also pretty athletic and had some nice finishes around the rim. It’s clear that his best basketball is ahead of him.

De’Andre Hunter, 2016 SF, Philly Pride: The 2016 class in Philadelphia looks like it has a chance to be special, and Hunter is at the head of the pack.  The big wing has a body similar to Philly native Amile Jefferson. Hunter hit a couple of big threes and attacked the rim with authority. On the defensive end Hunter used his length to cause serious problems for a Philly Triple Threat team that was a tad undersized, He was the major reason his team brought home a 15U title.

Tony Carr, 2016 PG, Philly Triple Threat:  Carr was really impressive on Sunday, doing everything he could in order to keep his team in the game against Philly Pride. Carr scored from all over the floor and set his teammates up well. The 6-foot guard pulled double duty this weekend, playing with the 16U squad as well. He has a chance to be a major prospect coming out of Philadelphia.

Asante Gist2016 PG, NJ Roadrunners: Gist continued his strong play of the weekend during their semi-final game vs D13. Gist again balanced his game between distributing and scoring, showing he has more than it takes in order to be considered as a high major guard.
