College Station, TX (Future150) -- The Big Dance is finally here and while everyone would like to cut down the nets, there can only be one champion. That being said, there is always the chance that the next season could be better than the last. With that in mind, Future150 would like to introduce "The Next Step", a segment dedicated to breaking down each program's recruiting class as they bow out of the tournament; because theres' always next season.

The Aggies had surprised everyone last weekend when they came back from 12 down in the final 31 seconds to force overtime against UNI and ultimately pull off the victory. Oklahoma had other plans though, as they did not let Texas A&M come back and closed out the Aggies on their way to the Elite 8.

Now the Aggies will lose the likes of Alex Caruso, Danuel House, Anthony Collins and Jalen Jones. All four played big roles for A&M this season and will be missed.

That being said, Billy Kennedy has done a good job of addressing the needs on his roster. Robert Williams is a hard nosed big man who rebounds the ball at a high rate and could start depending on if there are any early departures. Point guard J.J. Caldwell, a Future150 Alum, may be ready to take the reins from day one. He can get to the lane at will and has incredible court vision and passing ability.

While those two are important to the Aggies' success next season, a lot rides on the core of underclassmen all staying in school. Assuming Tony Troca-Morelos, Tyler Davis, Admon Gilder, D.J. Hogg and Kobe Eubanks all return, the Aggies will have as talented a roster as anyone not named Kentucky in the SEC, and should return to the big dance next season.
