Birmingham, AL (Future150) -- Future150 Camp is back in Birmingham for the fifth year in a row. Birmingham is where it all started in 2008 with founder Jason Pratt hosting a small camp mainly made up of Birmingham metro players.
Times have changed just a little since then, though. Future150 has developed into one of the more recognizable camps in the country, and not to mention Future150.com as one of the Top National Recruiting websites as well.
Future150 has given exposure to Mr. Basketball players to McDonald All-Americans. Some of these kids received their first real exposure at the Future150 Camp back when they were unknown.
Jarnell Stokes (Tennessee), Devonta Pollard (Alabama), Gavin Ware (Miss St.), Tony Parker (UCLA), Ryan Boatwright (UConn), Jershon Cobb (Northwestern), Josh Richardson (Tennessee), Trevor Lacey (Alabama), DeAngelo Harrison (St. John's) and Sheldon McClendon (Texas) are Future150 alumni.
Things don't change much, as Future150 keeps pumping out exposure to players looking to get their name out to the college coaches.
Here are few of the players who will be attending the camp this weekend in Birmingham. 2014 Riley Norris, 2013 Justin Pride, 2014 Jarvis Calhoun, 2013 Nino Jackson, 2014 Lewis Sullivan, 2015 Danjel Purifoy, 2014 Chris Turk, 2014 Jordan Browning, 2013 Fred Knight, 2013 Rozell Nix and many more.
Comments:
That Calhoun Kid is one of the best shooters in class 13,14,and 15. He is so smooth with the ball and really don’t take bad shots.
