Syracuse, NY (Future150) -- There are a number of talented point guards in the class of 2018, and Bishop Ludden's (NY) Mika Adams-Woods is no exception. The Future150 Alum first burst onto the scene before his freshman season at the inaugral Future150 Albany camp.
Now, he is having a monster sophomore season. With great speed and ridiculous court vision, it will be interesting to see what he does with the Albany City Rocks on the EYBL circuit. His quickness makes him incredibly hard to guard, and the fact that he has only played a regional schedule will make it harder for teams to prepare for him.
While he has flown under-the-radar in recruiting circles, a pair of programs have already offered him. George Washington and ECU are early to the party, and are hoping those relationships will pay dividends when it comes time for him to make a decision.
But for now, Adams-Woods is just looking forward to leading his high school team to deep playoff run and potentially a state title. Only then will he focus on proving what central New York already knows, that he is one of the best 2018 point guards in the country.
