Houston, TX (Future150) -- Texas and California have their differences, but somehow Soma Edo found an in-between. The athlete is headed out West.
On Wednesday, Edo made his pledge to Fresno State, a school that may be the polar opposite of his Texas home. Nevertheless, the 6-foot-6 forward thinks it is the best place for him.
"It feels like there is a lot of weight off of me," he told Future150. "I really like watching Fresno State play, and I think they are going to develop me."
The senior has become notorious for his great athleticism and most notably, his dunking ability. According to some, he is the most entertaining dunker in his class. If he can continue to sharpen his skills, he will be an even better highlight-reel.
Edo chose the Bulldogs over USC, Santa Clara, and TCU.
