Montgomery, AL (Future150) -- The Under Armour Ranked and Targeted  Exposure camp brought out some of the best players in the Montgomery area ovver the weekend.

With the opportunity to make a name for themselves, many prospects rose to the ocassion.

Here are the players that stood out:

Trenton Clayton, 2015 PF, Robert E. Lee: The breakout (and surprise) player of the camp was Clayton, a junior at Robert E. Lee High School. The 6-foot-8 power forward is as strong as an ox and has the ability to finish around the rim as well as anyone in the state. He dunks everything around the goal. Clayton’s hands and footwork in the post are also very impressive. He was easily the most dominant player in attendance.

Jacob Winston, 2015 SF, St. Jude: Winston continues to get better each time out. The 6-foot-6 small wing man proved why he was a Top 40 All-Star performer at the National camp last weekend, as he continued his good stretch of play. He does a great job of getting to the rim and finishing with contact as a slasher, but he also can keep people honest with his shooting ability. He needs to get more consistency on his three-point shot, but he has proved he can score on all three levels. After battling injuries last season, expect Winston to be one of the better players to emerge from Montgomery this season. Middle Tennessee State, Wichita State, and UAB are all interested to this point.

Steve Rogers, 2014 CG, Brewbaker Tech: Rogers will find a spot at the college level solely on his ability to shoot the basketball. The 6-foot-1 combo guard has a great stroke and will end up being one of the best shooters in Montgomery, if not the state of Alabama this season. The senior has a great feel for the game and plays smart. Despite his size, he is very crafty, especially when in the lane. Rogers holds an offer from Alabama State, as well as interest from Lamar, Texas Southern, and North Florida.

Jerrod Moorer, 2015 SG, Dallas County: Moorer is wired to score the basketball. He showed that he could score from all three levels and do it efficiently. The 5-foot-11 shooting guard made his shooting his go-to attribute, but with his strength, he was very good in the lane. Despite getting out of control at times, Moorer does a great job of playing downhill and his explosiveness is second-to-none.

Alex Washington, 2018 PG, Simmonds Middle: Despite being the youngest player in attendance, Washington showcased a great understanding of how to play the game. He showed that he is a true pass-first point guard, as he directed his team and distributed the ball for open shots. Washington has great vision and awareness on the court, something that will separate him from other players in the future.

Austin Rogers, 2016 SF, Brewbaker Tech: Rogers may be one of the more intriguing young guys in Montgomery this year. The 6-foot-2 wing still has some growing and developing to do, but he is still productive. The sophomore does a little bit of everything on the floor, but his mid-range and three-point shooting are the things that stick out.

Desmond DeRamus, 2014 PG, Jeff Davis: Heading into Saturday, I was told DeRamus may be the most under-rated player in the state. After seeing him, there is no doubt he is one of the more under-valued guys Alabama can offer. The 6-foot guard has good size and is extremely long at the point guard position, and he uses it to his advantage. He is great in transition, where he can attack the rim or pull things out and run the offense. His three-point shooting needs to become more reliable, but he has a pull-up jumper that is hard to defend.

Keyanis Phillips, 2015 PG, Dallas County: Phillips was the best defender to take part in the camp over the weekend. The 5-foot-8 guard is extremely quick and does a great job of keeping his man in front of him. He has the ability to force many steals and get easy baskets for his team. On the offensive end, he can hit shots when left open. He also does a nice job of getting into the lane with his speed.
