Houston, TX (Future150) -- Day 2 at the Clutch City Classic held by PrimeTime Sports was under way and teams were looking to make a push for the championship. On Sunday, the games always seem to be much more competitive and the players are more dialed in. Let’s take a look at who played well on Sunday as they tried to help their team advance in the brackets.

Ryu Unice- PG, 2017 (South Ark Ballers) Unice is one of best pure scorers from the point guard position we have seen all season. He can attack off the dribble, knock down mid-range jumpers and hurt you from the 3-point line as well. He is instinctive on defense and his overall quickness makes him a great on ball defender. He led his team in scoring all weekend. At 5-foot-8 inches, he might be on the best small guards we’ve seen in a while.

Mo Taylor Jr.-CG, 2018 (Mo Taylor Elite) Taylor Jr. has the abilities to play both guard positions. He has the court presence that helps him run the point and the raw scoring ability to play the two as well. He shoots the ball with consistency from deep and the smooth lefty can finish at the rim as well. His overall IQ makes him a very tough player to guard, as he's always making the right decisions.

James Scott- SG, 2017 (WAR Athletic) Scott is a big time shooter from the wing position that has a good frame and uses it to his advantage on the glass. His ball-handling skills allow him to take the ball the full length of the court and finish at the rim. In bracket play, he got extremely hot from the 3-point line going 6 of 8 and scoring 32 points.

Jonathan McCoy- PF, 2017 (South Ark Ballers) McCoy is a 6'7 jumping jack with long arms that plays smart on defense. You can really see his athleticism when he's attacking the rim and swatting shots. He runs the floor well and was one of the best finishers on the fast break as he had several high flying dunks on the weekend. His strong defense and finishing abilities could pave his way to college ball one day.

Denel Davis- PF, 2018 (Houston Kings) Davis is a long, rangy athlete who plays with a lot of energy and makes a ton of plays on both ends of floor. He dominates on the offensive glass, which allows him to get many second chance points for his team. Davis can run the floor quite well for a big man, and you could tell he was one of the leaders on his team.

Keyshawn Ouzenne- PG, 2017 (War Athletics) Ouzenne was one of the better point guards we saw on the weekend. He has a nice frame and a great first step off the dribble. His floater and ability to slash and finish at the rim is where he makes most of his money on offense. His willingness to compete and fight hard is what really makes him tough to stop.

Isaiah Monroe- PG, 2021 (Renegade Outlaws) Monroe displayed his unselfishness with his pass first mentality. For a 7th grader he has great feel for the game, and always made his teammates better. Monroe also showed the ability to knock down jumpshots when left open.

Zane Maknojia-SG, 2019 (Sugarland Phenoms) Maknojia is a do it all type player who has a high motor and never gives up on a play.  He can score on all three levels and is an excellent defender in the half court. He makes everyone around him better when he’s on the court and led his team in points in both games we saw. You have to admire a player where you know what you’re getting game in and game out.

Joseph Manjack- SF, 2021 (Renegade Outlaws) Manjack is a rebounding machine on both ends of the floor and loves scoring off of rebounds. The main thing that stood out was his versatility and abilities to play and guard out of his natural position. Overall, Manjack is a hardworking wing that really understands the fundamentals of the game.

John Coe- PF, 2018 (Memorial Mustangs) Coe is a 6'5 stretch four man who can do it all. He can score with his back to the basket or step out to the three point line and knock down a jumper. He drained four long balls in a bracket game which propelled his team to victory.  Coe really gives it his all on both ends of the floor and leads his team by example, something college coaches love to see.

Tyron McMillan-CF, 2018 (Cut The Nets) McMillan has a long frame and is a great athlete. He is a fantastic shot blocker and runs the floor well. He can step out to 15 feet and make jumpers all day long if you leave him open. His overall versatility and ability to knock down mid-range jumpers with ease is what makes him an intriguing prospect.

Trayvon Gariet- PG, 2018 (BC Flight) Gariet is a scoring point guard that can score in transition with the best. He is extremely quick and has a great first step that goes along with a nice hesitation dribble to get by defenders. Once he breaks you down, he can either shoot the three ball, hit the floater or get all the way the rim. Gariet also impressed with his elite court vision. Anytime he wasn't scoring he was always looking and getting the ball to open teammates.

Chandler Apple- SG, 2018 (DM Elite) Apple is a knock down shooter that can also finish well in transition. His approach to the game is extremely fundamental and he knows how to break down a defense off the dribble. He loves being the aggressor on both ends of the floor, especially on offense where he gets to the free throw line for easy points. Coachable and relentless are two words to describe him.

Jaylen Lindsey- SF, 2019 (Peak Pacers) Lindsey had a big day on Sunday leading his team to victory after victory. Lindsey scored 34 points in a bracket game and really made it look easy. He has the abilities to score from all three levels and finished strong at the rim. The scoring machine had a very productive weekend for the Peak Pacers.

Calvin Williams- PG, 2018 (Houston Kings) Williams is a crafty pass first point guard that is super quick off the dribble. He has elite ball handling skills and can get to anywhere on the floor he pleases. Williams is a streaky shooter but can get hot in a hurry if he sees one or two fall in. Solid overall performance from this small guard who plays big when his team needs him the most.

Kenneth Reeves II-SF, 2018  (Hoops Hunter) Reeves II is a very athletic wing guard that plays hard on both ends of the floor. This past weekend he used his ability to attack the rim to open the floor up for his teammates. He is very crafty and plays well off the ball and knows how to put himself in the right situations to score. His mid-range game is solid, and always found the right spots to score and attack.

Spencer Cochran- CF, 2018 (Cut The Nets) Cochran is a versatile forward that can do a bunch of different things. One of the things that stuck out the most was his ability to handle the ball in the open floor, in transition, and in the half court. A guy with his size and length that can handle the ball at all levels cause problems for opposing teams. He was able to put on a scoring display shooting the ball and attacking the rim. He is sure to start receiving phone calls from college coaches in the future because of his length and versatile skill set.

Drake Cheatum- PG, 2018 (Peak Pacers) Cheatum is a point guard that gets the job done. He showcased his ability to score the ball from all over the floor, but what was really impressive was his ability to shoot the ball consistently from behind the arc. He also played solid on ball defense as he caused some turnovers and bad plays for opposing teams. College coaches love a point guard that can sit down and defend the ball consistently.

Tripp Mayes- CF, 2019 (Peak Pacers) Mayes is long and skilled big man that plays with good energy on both ends of the floor. This past weekend he showed that he can score the ball at all three levels. His ball handling, for a big man, was very impressive and he used all his intangibles to his advantage.

Donta Coady- CF, 2021 (TX Premier) Coady is a long and athletic forward that plays his position on an elite level for a kid his age. He found great success in his abilities to block shots and rebound. He is a huge problem for teams when the ball is in his hands. As a 7th grader already standing at 6'3, look for him to continue to grow and expand his game.

Lonnie Sylvester- PG, 2018 (Cut The Nets) Sylvester is a heady PG that knows his role and plays with a certain calmness. He is a smart guard that uses a lot of different situations to get his teammates involved. One of those ways was to put defenders in ball screen situations. This allowed him to take advantage of the defense because he is very crafty and can score the ball well of the dribble. Sylvester is a great floor general and always makes winning plays.
