Philadelphia, PA (Future150) -- St. John's. Temple. UCLA.
Those are the lucky three schools who are still in the running for the best high school basketball player in the city of Philadelphia this year, Roberts Vaux High School star Rysheed Jordan.
The 6'4", 185-pound point guard is Future150's #35 ranked player in the country, and he will have an immediate impact at whatever school he chooses to attend next year.
After visiting the UCLA campus this weekend, he will return to the East Coast and make his college decision shortly after returning to Philadelphia.
He lives only blocks from the Temple campus, and head coach Fran Dunphy has done everything in his power to keep the local star close to home.
Will the allure of the bright lights of New York City or Los Angeles sway Jordan out of the City of Brotherly Love? Time will tell.
However, Future150 anticipates Rysheed Jordan staying in his home city. Philadelphia guards have pride in their city, and signing with the Owls will give his family and friends the chance to watch what surely will become a successful college career.
Stay tuned to Future150, with an announcement on his college choice coming as early as next week.
