Philadelphia, PA (Future150) -- When talking about the point guard class of 2015 nationally, one name continues to keep flying under the radar. That would be Roseville, California native Noah Blackwell.

The 5-foot-11 lead guard was in Philadelphia for his second year at the Reebok Breakout Classic. While he didn't start for his team, the value he brought to them was significant. He is an unselfish point guard who always looks to set up his teammates. He is incredibly crafty off of the dribble and sees the floor incredibly well.

While he needs to work on his finishing, he projects to be a solid option at the high-major level. His quickness makes him a nightmare for opposing defenses and his shooting ability is good enough that he forces his man to guard him on the perimeter.

While he can score the rock, his real strength is running an offense. He always has his head up and is looking for the right pass, showing his understanding of the game. The ball rarely sticks in his hands and he is a nightmare to guard in transition due to his handle and passing ability.

Despite being a point guard who can lead a team at the highest level, Blackwell's recruitment is slacking behind a bit. His lone offer is from Oregon State, while California, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Sacramento State have all shown various amounts of interest. Blackwell said that Arizona had recently contacted him to express interest, and for good reason.

Will the Wildcats be the first elite program to offer him? Or will others emerge as suitors for the talented lead guard? One thing is for sure, Blackwell won't be flying under the radar for much longer. His mixtapes have already gone viral on youtube, and it's only a matter of time before others begin to notice his considerable talent.
