Fayetteville, TN (Future150) -- Take one look at starting point guard Nicholas Hopkins of Fayetteville High School (TN), and you won't think much of him as a prospect, mostly because of his slender frame at 5'10", 130-pounds.
However, once he takes the court, he more often than not makes the opposition pay for judging him before seeing him play.
So far this season, he has lead the Tigers to a 6-3 record while averaging 16 points and four assists per game.
Local schools are beginning to take notice of Hopkins talent, with him already going on an unofficial visit to Tennessee Tech.
Now he is focused on getting more exposure by next summer.
"I want to lead our team and win our district, region, and hopefully make it to state," he told Future150.
"I will be playing my AAU ball with Team Vigilance, looking for more exposure and more colleges interested in me."
After seeing him shine at our Jr.Future150 Camp in Nashville this fall, we look forward to seeing him continue to shine in the Volunteer state for years to come.
