Memphis, TN (Future150) -- Year after year, Memphis, Tennessee proves to be an elite breeding ground for top prep basketball talent on a national level. One of the newest names to emerge in the talent-rich city is freshman scoring guard Tyler Harris.
Over the course of this past AAU season, there were very few guards who were able to light up the scoreboard like the 5-foot-9 Team Thad point man.
At 8th Grade Nationals in Orlando, Florida in late July, he was extremely impressive, averaging 24 points per game throughout the event. He followed that performance with a big weekend at Future150's Elite 24 Camp, which featured premier talent in the classes of 2018 and 2019 from across the country.
At the camp, he made the Elite 24 All-Star game and was rated as the #3 overall prospect in his class after the weekend was over.
Now at Ridgeway (TN), expect the star to make an imprint on the basketball program sooner than later. Stay with Future150 as we continue to monitor the progress of Harris over the next year.
