Atlanta, GA (Future150) -- Jordan Lyons burst on to the scene last December. His shooting touch vaulted McIntosh to an undefeated regular season.
College coaches questioned if he was a shooting guard or a point guard. They wondered if he was a smallish shooter. The prudent D1 schools didn't hesitate. They figured out that his skill was too elite to overlook, regardless of his size.
It doesn't matter where you play Jordan. He can score and score in bunches. That has a value.
Jordan was able to evaluate Troy back in February. Wofford did a great job in pursuit. Mercer and Winthrop were also heavily involved.
Just two weeks ago Jordan's running mate since sixth grade, Christian Turner selected Gardner-Webb. Both played on Heat Check AAU together.
After taking his official visit to Furman the crafty guard is ready to announce.
"I will be announcing my college decision on Tuesday at 7 PM," said Lyons Sunday afternoon on Twitter.
His final choices are Troy, Furman, and Wofford.
Future150 has proudly followed the scorer throughout 2015. In fact, this is the fifth article involving him since January.
The well-traveled shooter now must decide on his future home. Where will his next footstep be?
