North Augusta, SC (Future150) -- Texas may be known for its football, but the basketball talent isn’t that bad either. Just ask all the teams that have had to play against Houston Hoops.

Houston Hoops is loaded with talented players, but one of the best players on the team (and in the state) is shooting guard Keith Frazier.

Frazier, a 6-foot-5 guard out of Kimball High School, has had several schools coming at him for quite some time. Now, he has some that are sticking out.

“I like Arizona, Memphis, and Texas A&M,” he began. “I like them. They are on me hard.”

Texas, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, and Providence are some other schools that are involved.

Frazier has the ability to score in a variety of ways, a strength that most guards his size do not have the ability to do. The talented scorer can score from all three levels at ease.

With that being said, Frazier has had to deal with a lot of contact from coaches because of the unlimited texting/calling rule. While he acknowledges it is hectic, he is still positive about the situation.

“It’s tough, but the coaches are doing their job. I just answer when I can.”
