Washington, DC (Future150) -- One of the more sought after wings on the east coast, it appears that Josh Hart is looking to make a decision on his college destination sooner rather than later.
Hart is considering Villanova, Penn State, and Rutgers. Villanova is loaded in the backcourt but has a commitment from fellow D.C area player Kris Jenkins. Penn State has a couple of commits in the 2013 class including point guard Geno Thorpe. Rutgers has yet to land a commit and would welcome a player like Hart who would bring a toughness and scoring punch from the perimeter.
While an official date for a decision hasn't been set yet, one has to think that we will know where Hart will end up before the end of the early signing period in November.
